Bulk Deals: Markolines Traffic Controls’ shares changed maximum hands during Monday's session; stock up 4%

As many as eight companies’ shares witnessed a change of hands in bulk deals during today’s session on Monday, as per the StockEdge. The stocks such as Markolines Traffic Controls, Orissa Bengal Carrier, Banswara Syntex, Bella Casa Fashion and Retail among other stocks.

Markolines Traffic Controls witnessed buying spree on Monday, wherein individual investors and investment fund companies picked up the stakes in the company.

In this regard, Zyana Stocks and Commodities bought 3.52 lakh shares at Rs 64.3 per share, followed by Sherwood Securities over 1.18 lakh shares at Rs 65 per share and Shiv Parvati Leasing 1.16 lakh shares at Rs 64 apiece in the company on the BSE, a bulk deals data showed, according to StockEdge.

Similarly, individual investors such as Kishormal Amritlal Vyas and Bhavesh Mansukhlal Nandani picked up 1.4 lakh and 99,200 equity shares in Markolines Traffic Controls at Rs 64 per share each.

The shares of Markolines Traffic Controls closed near 4 per cent to Rs 64.4 per share on the BSE on Monday.

Meanwhile, Own Infracon bought 63,331 equity shares from an individual investor Charandeep Singh at Rs 157.9 per share in Bella Casa Fashion & Retail. Whereas, Individual investors Vivek Kumar Bhauka bought 2.3 lakh shares and Rajendra Khyalilaji Jain sold 2.26 lakh shares in Shyamkamal Investments at Rs 23.55 per share each, as per bulk deals data available on Stock Edge.

The shares of Bella Casa hit a new 52-week high to Rs 188.75 per share, after surging 20 per cent, while Shyamkamal Investments hit an upper circuit of 5 per cent to Rs 23.55 per share and also touched a new 52-week high on the BSE during today’s trade.

On an individual basis, Prasanth Gangavarapu bought 1.24 lakh equity shares in Orissa Bengal Carrier at Rs 90.32 per share, while CofiPlaux Invest SA bought 1.7 lakh equity shares in Banswara Syntex at Rs 168.35 per share, bulk deals data revealed according to Sock Edge.

Orissa Bengal Carrier share price jumped over 8 per cent to Rs 91.45 per share; similarly, Banswara Syntex shares were also grew by 5 per cent to Rs 168.35 per share on the BSE at the market close.
