Bulk Deals: From HSCL, Apollo TriCoat, Intelsoft to Globus Constructors - 28 deals happened on Monday – See 6 major transactions here!

As many as 28 companies witnessed bulk deal transaction on Monday. In terms of number of shares transacted (bought/sold), Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (HSCL) witnessed biggest action where 50 lakh shares were sold by BC India Investments at a price of Rs 51.01 per equity share.

HSCL shares today ended at Rs 51.95 on the BSE, up almost 2.6 per cent from the Thursday closing price.

Meanwhile, Sushma Anand Jain picked up 578,006 shares at 765.38 per share on Monday in Steel pipes and tubes manufacturing company Apollo TriCoat Tubes Limited. Fumistic Gaming LLP sold 576,187 shares at Rs 765.35 per equity share. The shares of Apollo gained over 1 per cent today and ended at Rs 780.10.   

Micro Logistics India Private Limited sold 868,961 shares at Rs 58.61 per share in Integra Telecommunication & Software Ltd or Intelsoft. Intelsoft shares today ended at 57.95 on the BSE and were up 3.67 per cent.

Gaurav Chandrakant Shah and Alpha Leon Enterprises LLP bought 2,630,000 shares and 329,068 shares at Rs 5.56 per equity share in Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited. The share of Srei Infrastructure ended at Rs 5.46 on the BSE, down almost 5 per cent from the last closing price.

Vibhuti Enterprises and Vibhuti Commidities Private Limited bought 2 lakh shares each at a price of Rs 30 per equity share in Manomay Tex India Limited.

Vineet Commodity Service Private Limited offloaded 494,833 shares in Globus Constructors & Developers Limited at Rs 94.15 per equity share. The shares of Globus ended at Rs 94.50 on the BSE, up almost 5 per cent from the last closing price on Thursday.

The stock markets were shut on Friday on account of Dussehra.
