Dalal Street veteran Shankar Sharma has picked up stake in BLS International on Friday, as per an official statement. According to the bulk deal data provided by the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the ace investors bought 11,50,000 equity shares at an average price of Rs 275 apiece on Friday, October 14. His stake in the company is valued at Rs 31.63 crore, whereas the entire market capitalization of the smallcap company is merely shy of Rs 6,000 crore.

Nomura Singapore has been investing in the company lately. The Global financial services firm holds a significant stake in the company, according to the bulk deal data reported earlier.

As of the June 2022 quarter, the seasoned investor from India did not hold any stake in the concern, the company's shareholding pattern suggests. The company is yet to announce shareholding for the period-ended September 30, 2022.
