Ruchira Papers bonus share 2022
The Board of Directors of Ruchira Papers has declared bonus shares in the ratio of 1:10, which means an eligible shareholder will be entitled for one share against every 10 shares held by them in their demat account as on the record date. The company that caters to paper and paper products segment had recently changed the record date for the purpose of determining eligibility of bonus shares.
"The Company has revised the ‘Record Date’ i.e., Tuesday, October 11, 2022 (instead of Monday, 10th day of October 2022) to determine eligible shareholders entitled to receive Bonus shares in the ratio of 1:10," it said in a regulatory filing on October 3, 2022.
Shares of Ruchira Papers ended 1.39% higher to Rs 139 per share on the BSE on Friday.
Colorchips New Media stock split 2022
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24th September had fixed the record date on Wednesday, 12th October, 2022 for determining the eligibility of shareholders with regard to split/sub-division of equity shares of the Company from face value of Rs.10/- each to Face Value of Rs.2/- each. The media company had announced split in 5:1 ratio on ex-date basis, which means the company will split its existing stock of Rs10 face value into 5 paid up capital of face value of Rs 2 each. The resolution for split/sub-division of equity shares has been approved by the shareholders " the company had mentioned in a regulatory filing. Colorchips New Media share price ended in a 5% lower circuit to Rs 90.25 per share on the BSE on Friday. The stock will start trading ex-split from Monday.
Kaarya Facilities and Services bonus
On Friday, Kaarya Facilities and Services share price closed 4.45% to Rs 30.50 per share on the BSE ahead of the record date on October 12. The board of the financial services company had approved a 1:1 bonus for its shareholders.
"The company has fixed Wednesday, October 12, 2022 as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) bonus equity shares of INR 10.00 each fully paid-up for every 1 (One) existing equity shares of INR 10.00 each fully paid-up (i.e. in the ration of 1:1) held," said Kaarya Facilities and Services in a regulatory filing.
The company on Friday also informed the exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, 15th October, 2022, to consider and approve allotment of shares (in the matter of bonus issue) to the shareholders as on record date.
Nikhil Adhesives stock split 2022
The board of directors of this speacialty chemicals company had announced to split the stock in 10:1 ratio, which means one share of face value Rs 10 will be divided into 10 paid up capital of face value of Re 1 per equity share. Shares of this small cap company dropped by five per cent to lower circuit and ended at Rs 1843.60 per share on the BSE.
Shivalik Bimetal Controls bonus 2022
The company catering to Iron and steel products segment had announced a bonus in the 2:1 ratio, which is one bonus equity shares of Rs. 2/- each for every two fully paid up equity shares held, as on the record date. Shivalik Bimetal Controls bonus record date 2022 had been fixed as Thursday, October 13, 2022.
