BEML Dividend Record Date 2023: Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), a railway transportation company, has announced today to pay dividends to its shareholders. According to an exchange filing, The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 5 per equity share which is 50 per cent of paid-up share capital for the Financial Year 2022-23.
For example, if an investor has 100 shares of BEML in his/her Demat account on the record date, the company will pay Rs 500 dividend (Rs 5 x 100 shares).

The company has also fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividends. BEML dividend record date is February 24.
The dividend will be credited directly in the bank account of the shareholders.

This public sector undertaking company has recorded a consolidated profit of Rs 66.3 crore, a decline of more than 15 per cent on a year-on-year basis. The consolidated profit stood at Rs 78.5 crore a year ago. The consolidated income declined from Rs 1175 crore to Rs 1037 crore on a Y-o-Y basis.
Shares of BEML have yielded a negative return of around 26 per cent in the past one year. The counter quoted Rs 1,379 apiece on NSE around 3 PM.
