Barbeque Nation IPO: Casual dining chain Barbeque Nation Hospitality is all set to come out with its initial share on sale next week, Axis Capital confirmed on Saturday.

Barbeque Nation IPO issue size and offer dates

With the issue size of Rs 452 to 453 crore, Barbeque Nation Hospitality IPO will open on Wednesday (March 24) and the bid offer will close on Friday, March 26. It is to be noted that the anchor investor bidding is March 23.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹180 crore and an offer for sale of up to 5,457, 470 equity shares by current promoters and shareholders.

The employees reservation in Barbeque Nation Hospitality IPO has been kept at equity shares aggregating up to Rs 2 crore.

Barbeque Nation IPO will be listed on both exchanges—NSE and BSE. 

Meanwhile, The company has already raised Rs 150 crore through a pre-IPO placement from Xponentia Capital and Jubilant Foodworks, they added.

Earlier, the Casual dining chain Barbeque Nation Hospitality has filed fresh papers with markets regulator Sebi to raise an estimated Rs 1,000-1,200 crore through an initial public offering. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 275 crore and an offer-for-sale of up to 98,22,947 equity shares, according to the draft papers filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi).
