APL Apollo Dividend 2022 Record Date, APL Apollo Tubes Share Price NSE: APL Apollo Tubes is paying a dividend to its shareholders. The dividend announced by APL Apollo Tubes is a final dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2022. The steel pipes maker has announced that it will pay Rs 3.50 dividend per equity share to its shareholders or investors which translates into 175% of Rs 2 for each share.
APL Apollo Tubes had in May this year recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share. The company has informed exchanges that it has fixed the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for the dividend payment.
"The Company has fixed Monday, September 5, 2022, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022," APL Apollo Tubes said in a filing.
APL Apollo Tubes dividend amount will be paid after September 12 to the shareholders whose names are recorded in the company's Register
of Members or as Beneficial Owners in the records of the Depositories on September 5.

Meanwhile, brokerage firm Sharekhan has recommended BUY rating for APL Apollo Tubes shares. It has given a price target of Rs 1,100 for APL Apollo Tubes shares.
APL Apollo Tubes shares ended at Rs 980 apiece after declining over 4 per cent on August 26, Friday, on the NSE.
APL Apollo Tubes share price has gained over 15 per cent in the last six months while over 19 per cent in the last one year.

The company operates 11 manufacturing facilities across the country with a total capacity of 2.6 million tonnes per annum (MTPA).
