AGS Transact Technologies Listing: AGS Transact Technologies (AGSTTL) has informed the National Stock Exchange (NSE) that it will list its equity shares on Monday, January 31, 2022.

The company has further confirmed NSE of the redemption of non convertible debenture (NCDs) and payment of interest and principal two days before the listing of the company on the national stock exchanges.

AGS Transact Technologies opened for IPO on January 19, 2022. The IPO was subscribed  7.79 times during the three days from January 19 to January 21, 2022 from all kinds of investors. 

The main objective of the OFS in the IPO was that AGS Transact Technologies' promoter Ravi B. Goyal will sell shares. However, the proceeds of Rs 650 crores will be infused into the company by buying the CCPS from company, which has been fulfilled on January 29, 2022, even before listing.

The company's revenue has been flat over the last three years, mostly on the declining side where, in FY21 it fell to Rs 1,797 crore from Rs 1,833 crore in FY20. Company's profit has also decreased from Rs 83 crore in FY20 to Rs 54.7 crore in FY21. Similarly, its margin shrank too.
