ABB India Dividend Record Date 2023: ABB India, an Indian vertical of the Swedish-Swiss multinational corporation, ABB has announced to pay dividends to its shareholders today. According to an exchange filing, the board has recommended a full-year dividend of 275 per cent.
According to the filing, the company will pay Rs 5.50 interim dividend per equity share. For example, if an investor has 100 shares of ABB India in his Demat account on the record date, the company will pay him Rs 550 dividend (Rs 5.50 x 100 shares).

The company has not announced the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of dividends.
The dividend will be credited directly in the bank account of the shareholders. The company said that the dividend will be paid to the shareholders on/before March 4.
“The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend from April 28, 2023 to May 04, 2023 (both days inclusive) that may be declared at the 73rd Annual General Meeting of the Company,” mentioned the company in its filing.

ABB India Quarterly results
The profit of ABB India in its fourth quarter of this calendar year rose by more than 1.5 times on y-o-y basis as it stood at Rs 305 crore, which was previously Rs 188 Crore. The income also rose from Rs 2102 Crore to 2427 Crore in this quarter.
The share price of ABB India closed at Rs 3171 on Friday.
