UPPSC recruitment 2020: Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has invited application for the post of Regional Inspector (Technical). The candidates have been asked to send hard copies of their on-line application and enclosed self-attested copies of all certificates in support of their claims rendered in the online application. As many as 28 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. Last date to send in online application for these posts is December 3. Interested candidates can check detail notification and apply on uppsc.up.nic.in.    

Salary: Those selected for these posts will be paid salary as per Matrix level-7 Rs 44900-142400  

Examination Fee: The candidates belonging to Unreserved/Economically weaker Sections/Other Backward Class will have to pay Rs 200 and Rs 25 as online processing fee. Those belonging to Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/ Ex-Service Man will have to pay Rs 105 (Exam fee Rs 80+ Online processing fee Rs 25). Handicapped candidates have been exempted from exam fee; however, they will have to pay Rs 25 as online processing charge.    

Age limit and relaxation:  Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2020 i.e., they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July, 1980 and not later than July 1, 1999. For PH candidates, the maximum age limit is 55 years i.e., they must have not been born before 02 July, 1965. Upper age limit shall be greater by five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes of UP.

Essential qualification:  Candidates must have passed the High School Examination of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh or an examination recognized by the Government as equivalent thereto: a diploma in Automobile Engineering (3 years course); a diploma in Mechanical Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education (3 years course); any qualification in either of the above disciplines declared equivalent, by the Central Government or State Government. 2. Apply for 3 Assistant Architect posts in UP Public Works Department
Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department has also invited application for three posts of Assistant architect.  The candidates will be selected for Group-B/Gazetted/Permanent position and will have a pay scale of Rs. 15600- 39100/-, Grade Pay- Rs. 5400/- (Matrix Level-7 in revised 7th pay scale). One post each has been allotted to Unreserved, Economically Weaker Section and Schedules Caste. Last date for Appling online for these posts is December 24.

A Bachelor Degree in Architecture awarded by University established by the Act Parliament or State Legislature or equivalent professional qualification of recognized University or Institution will be required. Those having served in the Territorial army for a minimum period of two years, or has obtained a 'B' Certificate of National cadet corps will be given preference for this job. The candidates applying for these posts should not be less than 21 years and more than 40 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is permissible as per rule.
