SBI Recruitment 2022: Country's largest lender State Bank of India (SBI) is looking for a head for its digital banking. The eligible candidates can visit the official website of SBI to send applications for the post. The last date for application is tomorrow, January 28, 2022.

"Bank is looking for a visionary, dynamic and result-driven Head of Digital Banking with innovative mindset, with a view to delivering superior service quality and omni-channel experience for our customers across all digital and self-service channels. The position will be responsible for envisioning, developing, and in execution of Bank's digital banking strategy and business plan for imparting digital knowledge/ skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way," SBI in its notification said.

SBI's Head of Digital Banking will be responsible for conceiving, developing, and implementing the digital banking strategy and business plan of the Bank.

SBI said that recruitment will be done for this post on contract basis. For this, the bank has invited recruitment applications for the post of Specialist Cadre Officer. 

Appointment Criteria: Three years contract

State Bank of India (SBI) said that the appointment of the digital banking head will be for three years on a contract basis with an annual performance review. Although the bank can increase it beyond three.

Experience Required

To apply for this post, the candidate should be of maximum 62 years of age as on December 1, 2021. Along with this, he should have 18 years of experience in digital leadership and other roles in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector.
