Sarkari Jobs: BECIL invites application for 1500 UPPCL vacancies at becil.com; find out details of government jobs here

Sarkari Jobs: Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL) has invited application against 1500 contractual positions in different centres and departments of Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). The applications have been invited against these posts at different centres of Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PVVNL), Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (PuVVNL) and Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (MVVNL). 

In BSCIL’s advertised posts the jobs for Electrician (SOS), Lineman, ITI Diploma, TG-2 electrical (skilled) and assistant lineman (unskilled) are included. For these positions, the candidates will be deputed after 30-daytraining. Interested candidates can find out detailed information at BECIL’s official website becil.com and apply for respective posts accordingly. Online application are being entertained and the last date of application has been set as October 20.   

The candidates meeting the desired criteria set by BECIL for the 1500 contractual posts of UPPCL will be directly recruited, while the others will have to undergo 30-day mandatory training before the recruitment. For these training sessions BECIL will also charge training cost, which will again depend on the number of marks secured by a candidate . 

Marks and fee criteria 

*The candidates who will secure 80% and above marks will not have to pay training fee 

*  Those securing 70% but less than 80% marks will have to pay a training fee of Rs 6,000 

*Those obtaining 50% and more but less than 70% will nee to pay a training cost of Rs 11,000 

*The candidates securing less than 50% and more than 35% will have to deposit a training fee of Rs 15,000 for 30-day period   

The candidates applying for the jobs advertised by BECIL for the UPPCL will only be considered eligible for recruitment if they secure at least 50% marks

Go to vacancies section and click on the relevant advertisements 

Once the PDF of advertisement no 5 is opened, the candidates can fill the form and apply as instructed 

The candidates will have to pay Rs 500 as application fee, however, those falling under reserved category will be given discount on application fee.
