OPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2021: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has issued a notification inviting online applications for recruitment in 2,452 vacancies for the posts of Medical Officer (Assistant Surgeon) in Group A (junior Branch) of Odisha Medical and Health Services cadre under Health and Family Welfare Department.

The online registration for the OPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2021 has started from February 26, 2021 and will continue till March 25, 2021.

OPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2021: Salary: The pay for the position will be in the pay matrix of level 12, cell 1 of ORSP rules, 2017 with usual dearness and other allowances sanctioned time to time by the Odisha government.

OPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2021: Age limit: The candidate must have attained 21 years of age and should not be above 32 years of age as of January 1, 2021. The candidate should be born between January 2, 1989 and January 1, 2000.

It should also be noted that for the women candidates and the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/SEBC categories, relaxation to the upper age limit up to five years is applicable.

Interested eligible candidates need to register themselves by an online registration fee of Rs 500. The SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the registration fee.
