IFSCA Assistant Manager Exam 2023: International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) in a notification dated April 5, 2023, released the information about the syllabus for phase I of the IFSCA Grade A Exam. Candidates who have applied for the IFSCA Assistant Manager position should get well versed with the syllabus and start the preparation. Phase I has two papers with different subjects. IFSCA has also released the practice paper for the same.

The exam for the position of assistant manager will be conducted in three phases where phase I and II will be an online exam and the third phase will be an interview session.

IFSCA Assistant Manager Exam 2023: Exam Pattern

Aspirants must qualify for Phase I, Phase II, and the Interview phase in order to be considered for the final round. Candidates will be required to take two papers in each phase. Papers 1 and 2 in Phase I will have negative markings, as well as Paper 2 in Phase II. Except for the English test, all questions in both phases will be asked in both Hindi and English.

IFSCA Assistant Manager Exam 2023: Syllabus for Phase I

Paper 1 will have subjects such as General Awareness (Financial Sector), English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.

Paper 2 will be multiple choice questions (MCQ) on General knowledge, Current events of national and international importance, Economic and social development (sustainable development, poverty, inclusion, and demographics), Commerce, Accountancy, Management, Finance and costing, Indian Economy, Global Economy, Five-year plans, Central Government’s initiatives/ Schemes in the financial sector.

The average cut-off for both papers is 40 per cent. Individually, for paper 1 the cut-off is 30 per cent and for paper 2 the cut-off is 40 per cent.
