IBPS Clerk recruitment 2020: Amazing news as Institute of Banking and Personal Selection (IBPS) has announced reopening of 2557 vacancies for the positions of clerk. Aspirants of this job who missed the opportunity last time can now apply for the jobs by visiting the website ibps.in. The applications can be made between 23 October and 6 November via online mode. The candidates have to complete the registration formalities, correction if any and payment of fee within this time period.
Who can apply?
-- According to the latest notification made by IBPS, IBPS only those candidates could apply who can fulfil the requirements prescribed by the institution for the position by 6 November 2020.
-- Only those candidates can apply who were unable to apply online between 2 September and 23 September.
The vacancies have been announced for banks including Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, Punjab National Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Uco Bank, Central Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Bank of Maharashtra, Indian Bank and Punjab and Sindh Bank. The appointments will be made for positions lying vacant with these banks.
Earlier, the last date of sending online application was 23 September. The online prelims examinations are scheduled for 4, 12, 13 December. The main examination will be held on 24 January. The provisional allotment list will be declared on 1 April 2021.

1) Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years while the maximum age should be 28 years. The candidate must be born before 02.09.1992 while not after 01.09.2000. For SC/ST candidates, the age limit relaxation is 5 years while for OBC it is 3 years.
2) Educational Qualification
The candidate should at least be a graduate in any stream. The candidate must also be fluent in the local language of the state, he is making his application for. He must also know how to work on computer. He must also possess certificate related to computer education, language certificate, diploma. Candidates who have studied computers in collage, class 10th or IT subject can also apply for the post.
