Important dates: The interested candidates must note that the application process will begin from May 25, 2021, from 11 AM and will continue till June 24 till 5PM.
Age limit: The interested candidates must note that the applicants must have completed 15 years of age and must not be more than 24 years of age as on June 24, 2021. In case of the candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories, the upper age limit is relaxable up to five years and for those belonging to the OBC category, the upper age limit is relaxable up to three years.
Educational qualification: The applicant should have passed 10th class in 10+2 education system with 50 per cent marks in aggregate from a recognised board.
Also, for some of the divisions, ITI certificate affiliated to NCVT/SCVT is mandatory.
Mode of Selection: The selection of the eligible Applicants for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the applicants in both10th class exam and ITI examination giving equal weightage to both.
Training period and stipend: The selected applicants will have to undergo apprenticeship training for a period of one year. They will also be paid a stipend during the training at the prescribed rate as per extant rules governed by the concerned state governments.

Application fee: The applicants will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100.
