The pool of interns will get to compete against in each other to grab the grand prize and the title of 'India's Sleep Champion'.

A rigorous process of selection will take place for choosing the interns in the second season. Following the process, the selected interns will have to turn up to work each night for 100 consecutive nights in the comfort of their homes for a deep, uninterrupted sleep of nine hours.
