The pay is great and the working conditions ideal.National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has invited application for 69 posts. Applications are invited from eligible retired officers from central government ministries/ departments, Army, Navy, Airforce, BRO (GREF), autonomous bodies, public sector undertakings, state government departments and state government public undertakings. Manager, Deputy General Manager and Executive are to be recruited through this advertisement. NHDICL will entertain applications till November 2, 2020.  The candidates will be selected on the basis of skill test and personal interview.

The initial tenure of engagement on contract shall be two years, which can be extended/ curtailed further with the approval of the Competent Authority up to the maximum age limit of 65 years.

These posts can also be filled up by transfer on deputation basis of officers presently serving in the central government ministries/ departments, Army, Navy, Airforce, Border Roads Organization (GREF), autonomous bodies, public sector undertakings, state government departments and state government public undertakings. The upper age limit for officers applying for appointment on deputation basis shall be 56 years.

Salary: Pay Matrix Level 13 of 7th CPC (Pre-Revised PB 4) Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 8,700/-  

2 General Manager: 21 posts  

Salary: Pay Matrix Level 13 of 7th CPC (Pre-Revised PB 4) Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- Grade Pay Rs. 7,600/-  

3 Deputy general Manager: 26 posts  

Salary: Pay Matrix Level 11 of 7th CPC (Pre-Revised PB 4) Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/-  

Grade Pay Rs. 6,600/-   

4 Manager: 20 posts  

Salary: Pay Matrix Level 11 of 7th CPC (Pre-Revised PB 4) Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/-
