7th Pay Commission latest news today: The Indian Army has issued central government job notification for the post of Lieutenant. The total number of vacancies are 90 and the selected cadet will be appointed in Level-10 of the 7th pay commission (7th CPC) pay scale on permanent basis after successful completion of the four year of the course. The sarkari naukri applications are invited from unmarried male candidates who have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (hereinafter referred to as PCM) subjects and fulfill the eligibility conditions prescribed in the subsequent paragraphs, for the grant of Permanent Commission in the Army. 7th CPC Pay Scale
On successful completion of 4 years of the course, cadets will be granted Permanent Commission in the Army in the rank of Lieutenant. the cadet will be appointed in Level-10 of the 7th CPC (Central Pay Commission) pay scale that means the monthly salary offered for the applicants is Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500. Apart from this, the appointee will be given seventh pay commission perks like Dearness Allowance (DA) as are applicable to the civilian personnel from time to time.

However, the job notification made it clear that the gentlemen cadets will be given a stipend of Rs 56,100 per month as is admissible to NDA cadets on completion of 3 years training. On completion of 4 Years training, they will be commissioned in the rank of Lieutenant and entitled to pay as admissible to the rank.

"On successful commissioning, the pay in the pay matrix of the officer commissioned shall be fixed in first Cell of Level 10 and the period of training shall not be treated as commissioned service and arrears on account of admissible allowances, as applicable, for the training period shall be paid to cadets," the notification declares.

The total number of vacancies in this central government job (sarkari naukri) are 90, however, the job notification makes it clear that the vacancies are provisional and can be changed depending on the training capacity at the Training Academy for this course. The vacancies are subject to increase/decrease keeping the organizational requirement at the point of time.

Age Limit
A candidate must not be below 16½ years and above 19½ years on the first day of the month in which the course is due to commence i.e. the candidate should not be born before 02 Jul 2001 and not after 01 Jul 2004 (both days inclusive).
