7th Pay Commission latest news: Continuing its recruitment drive, the India Post has issued notification for the post of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade). The total number of vacancies are 12 and the last date to apply for this 7th CPC job offer is 10th March 2021. Once selected, a successful candidate will be eligible for the pay and perks recommended and approved under the Seventh pay commission pay scale and pay matrix. 7th CPC Pay Scale
As per the India Post job 2021 notification, selected candidates will be given Rs 19,900 pay scale and will be appointed in Level-2 as per the 7th pay commission. After successful completion of the recruitment process, selected candidates will be appointed on a permanent basis but not before the successful completion of two year probation period.

Total Vacancy
As mentioned above, the total number of vacancies notified by the India Post are 12 out of which 5 seats have been reserved for the un-reserved (UR) category applicants. Four seats have been reserved for the Other Backward Caste (OBC) while one seat each for EWS (Economically Backward Class), Schedule Caste (SC) and Schedule Tribe (ST) candidates.

Age Limit
Age limit for the notified job applicants is 18 to 27 years. The maximum age limit will be relaxed by five years for SC and ST candidates while OC candidates will be eligible for three year upper age relaxation.
