7th Pay Commission Pay Scale:
Assistant - Level 6 (Rs. 35400 – 112400)
Stenographer Grade ‘C’ - Level 6 (Rs. 35400 – 112400)
Stenographer Grade ‘D’ - Level 4 (Rs. 25500 – 81100)
Data Entry Operator - Level 4 (Rs. 25500 – 81100)
Lower Division Clerk - Level 2 (Rs.  19900 – 63200)

Education Qualification:
Assistant- Candidates applying for this post should have a degree from a recognized university.
Stenographer Grade ‘C’ - Candidate should have a 10+2 degree from a recognized Board or University and A speed of 100 words per minutes in English/Hindi Shorthand.
Stenographer Grade ‘D’ - Candidates should be 12th class pass from a recognized Board or University.
Skill Test Norms Dictation: 10 mts. @ 80 w.p.m.
Transcription: 65 mts. (Eng.) 75 mts. (Hindi) (On Manual Typewriter) Or 50 mts. (Eng.). 65 mts. (Hindi) (On Computer)
Data Entry Operator - Candidates should be 10+2 from a recognized Board / University and Should possess a speed of not less than 15000 key depressions per hour for Data Entry Work.
Lower Division Clerk - Candidates should be 10+2 from a recognized Board or University and A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

Age Limit: (As on 19.09.2020)
Assistant - 20 to 27 years
Stenographer Grade ‘C’ - 18 to 27 years
Stenographer Grade ‘D’ - 18 to 27 years
Data Entry Operator - 18 to 27 years
Lower Division Clerk - 18 to 25 years

Application fees:
For Assistant and Stenographer Grade ‘C the application fees is of Rs 1250 and for Stenographer Grade ‘D’, Data Entry Operator and
Lower Division Clerk is Rs 1000. Candidates can pay application fee through Debit/Credit card/ Net banking.

Selection Process:
Selection will be based on Written Test & Skill Test.
