1 Professor: Level 14-A of the Pay Matrix . Minimum Pay of Rs.1,68,900 (Plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Rs.37,400-67,000+AGP Rs.10,500/- (6th CPC)
2 Additional Professor: Level 13-A2+ of the Pay Matrix. Minimum Pay of Rs.1,48,200/- (Plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Rs.37,400-67,000+AGP Rs.9,500/- (6th CPC)
3 Associate Professor: Level 13-A1+ of the Pay Matrix. Minimum Pay of Rs.1,38,300/- (Plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) Rs.37,400-67,000+AGP Rs.9,000/- (6th CPC)
4. Assistant Professor Level 12 of the Pay Matrix. Minimum Pay of Rs.1,01,500/- (Plus NPA for medically qualified candidates only) with provision to move to Level 13 of the Pay Matrix after three years. Rs.15,600-39,100+AGP 8,000/- (6 th CPC)

AIIMS Recruitment 2021 eligibility criteria
Professor: A postgraduate qualification with MD/MS or a recognised qualification equivalent.
Additional Professor: A postgraduate qualification with MD/MS or a recognised qualification equivalent.
Associate Professor: A postgraduate qualification with MD/MS or a recognised qualification equivalent.
Assistant Professor: A postgraduate qualification with MD/MS or a recognised qualification equivalent.

AIIMS Recruitment 2021 application fee:
General (UR)/ OBC /EWS Candidates: - Rs.3,000
SC/ST/ Women’s/Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Candidates – Rs.200

Age limit and relaxation
Age limit has been set between 50 to 58 years. Relaxation in upper age limit for SC/ST, Government Servant (As per DoPT instruction) candidates is 5 years, it is 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for PwBD(OPH-OL)  candiadtes.
