Trains Cancelled Today, 12 September: The Indian Railways has fully cancelled over 214 trains today Tuesday, September 13.  Apart from cancelling 214 trains, the national transporter has also source-changed 38 trains and shortly-terminated 38 trains. Also, a total of 14 trains have been rescheduled and 45 trains have been diverted including New Delhi-Dibrugarh Rajdhani Express, Delhi -Katihar Champaran Humsafar Express.

Passengers who have booked tickets in now cancelled trains will get a refund in full.

Tickets booked via the IRCTC website will be cancelled automatically and a refund will be initiated.

For counter tickets cancellation, passengers will have to visit the reservation counter to claim the refund.
