In response to increased passenger demand, the railway administration has announced the extension of operation periods for six special train services, aiming to enhance passenger convenience.

According to Captain Shashi Kiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, the following trains will have extended service periods:

1. Valsad-Bhiwani-Valsad Weekly Special Train Service:
- Train No. 09007/09008
- Extended from Valsad: July 4, 2024 to July 25, 2024 (4 trips)
- Extended from Bhiwani: July 5, 2024 to July 26, 2024 (4 trips)
2. Sabarmati-Haridwar-Sabarmati Bi-weekly Special Train Service:
Train No. 09425/09426
- Extended from Sabarmati: June 24, 2024 to July 29, 2024 (11 trips)
- Extended from Haridwar: June 25, 2024 to July 30, 2024 (11 trips)
3. Bhuj-Delhi Sarai-Bhuj Bi-weekly Special Train Service:
Train No. 09407/09408
- Extended from Bhuj: July 2, 2024 to September 27, 2024 (26 trips)
- Extended from Delhi Sarai: July 3, 2024 to September 28, 2024 (26 trips)
4. Bhavnagar Terminus-Delhi Cantt-Bhavnagar Terminus Weekly Special Train Service:
Train No. 09557/09558
- Extended from Bhavnagar Terminus: July 5, 2024 to September 27, 2024 (13 trips)
- Extended from Delhi Cantt: July 6, 2024 to September 28, 2024 (13 trips)
