Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express Time Table, Schedule, Route: Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express time has been changed by the Indian Railways so that it doesnt adversely affect the running of the Vande Bharat Express on Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar Capital route.
Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express Time Table, Schedule, Route: Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express time table has been changed. The new time table of 12009 Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express and 12010 Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central Shatabdi Express will come into effect from October 1.
The decision to change the time table of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express was taken by the Indian Railways so that it doesn't adversely affect the running of the Vande Bharat on the same route.

As per the announcement, 12009 Mumbai Central-Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express will depart from Mumbai Central at 6:20 AM. It will reach Ahmedabad at 12:45 PM. The train will halt at Borivali at 6:43 AM, as per the official announcement.
On the return journey, 12010 Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central Shatabdi Express will depart from Ahmedabad at 3:10 PM and reach Mumbai Central at 9:45 PM. The train will halt at Borivali at 8:46 PM, as per the official announcement.
Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express
Meanwhile, Vande Bharat Express will run between Gandhinagar Capital and Mumbai Central. This will be the third Vande Bharat Express. The two others are - New Delhi-Varanasi Vande Bharat Express and New Delhi-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat Express.
Gandhinagar Capital and Mumbai Central Vande Bharat Express will run on 6 days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday). The high-speed train will have 16 coaches.
Vande Bharat Express will depart from Mumbai Central at 6:10 AM and reach Gandhinagar Capital at 12:30 PM. The train will halt at Surat at 8:50 AM, Vadodara at 10:20 and Ahmedabad at 11:35 AM.
On the return journey, Vande Bharat Express will depart from Gandhinagar Capital at 2:05 PM and reach Mumbai Central at 8:35 PM. It will halt at Ahmedabad railway station at 2:40 PM, Vadodara at 4 PM) and Surat at 5:40 PM.
