Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, 3 January, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 249 trains today, Tuesday, 3 January including New Delhi to Kanpur Shatabdi, Banaras to Patna Jan Shatabdi Express, and Ekta Naga to Ahmedabad Shatabdi Express.

Indian Railway has also source-changed 43 trains and short-terminated 42 trains. Additionally, 24 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter including Lucknow to New Delhi Gomti Express, and Bengaluru to Agartala Humsafar Express. 10 trains have been diverted.
