Now order your favourite food while travelling in train through WhatsApp. AI-based conversational service provider Jio Haptik Technologies and Zoop, an Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) partner for food delivery on trains, have partnered to enable railway passengers with seamless food ordering and delivery on train journeys.
The WhatsApp-based self-service food delivery platform will allow passengers to place food orders and get their deliveries straight to their seats with real-time order tracking, feedback and support.
Travellers can simply use their PNR numbers to order food at selected restaurants at planned train stops. Travellers will not only get the orders delivered right at their seats but also will be able to track their orders.
Use of WhatsApp will make the experience of ordering food delightful for customers.
Steps to order food via WhatsApp during train journey
Step1 :Travellers can now order from Zoop by WhatsApp messaging on-- +917042062070
Step 2: Travellers can click on the option- Continue to chat
Step 3: One can message on the no and will receive responses to search by train or station or to enter train PNR.
Step 4: One has to follow the steps to order food and respond accordingly.
