Ircon Dividend 2024: Railway PSU announces Rs 1.30/share dividend alongwith Q4 results
Ircon has also announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024, along with a dividend announcement.
The board of railway PSU company Ircon International has approved a final dividend of Rs 1.30 per equity share, according to a stock market disclosure.
"Recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.30 per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each (65% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM," the company said in a BSE filing.
State-owned Ircon has also announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024, along with a dividend announcement.
Ircon Q4 earnings
The company posted a 15.1 per cent growth in its profit after tax at Rs 285.68 crore during the March 2024 quarter.
It had clocked Rs 248.18 crore profit after tax (PAT) during the January-March quarter of the 2022-23 financial year, Ircon International said in a statement.
Ircon I's profit after tax increased by 21.5 per cent to Rs 930 crore in FY24 as against Rs 765 crore in FY23.
Meanwhile. shares of Ircon closed at Rs 289.70 each, up 5.9 per cent on BSE today, May 21.
