Indian Railways trains cancelled list today, October 31, IRCTC refund rule: Indian Railways passengers ALERT! As many as 88 trains including Express, Super Fast, Humsafar Express, Mail trains have been cancelled by Indian Railways today, October 31, due to various reasons. Passengers are therefore advised to check the train status before embarking on the journey. The list of cancelled trains for Monday, October 31 includes Ekta Nagar to Ahmedabad Janshatabdhi as well as Ahmedabad to Ekta Nagar Janshatabdhi.

The national transporter has also source-changed 22 trains and shortly-terminated 21 trains. As many as 13 trains including Ahmedabad to Howrah Superfast express and Pune to Santragachi Humsafar Express have been rescheduled.

Besides, 13 trains have been diverted. The list of diverted trains includes Bandra Terminus to Gorakhpur Humsafar Express.

IRCTC Train Ticket Refund Rule

Passengers having online ticket will get full refund in the source account while those having counter ticket will have to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
