Indian Railways Cancelled Trains Today List, November 4, IRCTC Online Ticket Refund Rule: Passengers are suggested to check the status of their trains before embarking on the train journey to avoid last-minute changes as Indian Railways has cancelled, rescheduled and diverted multiple trains today, November 4.

According to an update, Indian Railways has cancelled 108 trains including Mail, Express, Ekta Nagar to Ahmedabad Janshatabdhi, Ahmedabad to Ekta Nagar Janshatabdhi on November 4. Indian Railways has also source-changed 31 trains and shortly-terminated 23 trains.

The national transporter has rescheduled 17 trains including Jaynagar to Amritsar Humsafar Express Clone Special. Besides, Jammu Tawi to Tirupati Humsafar and 16 other trains have also been diverted.

IRCTC Cancelled Ticket Refund Rule  

Indian Railways passengers who have booked tickets in these trains need not to worry about the refund as they are entitled to full refund from IRCTC. Online tickets or tickets booked via IRCTC are cancelled automatically and a refund is generated to the source account.

Passengers having counter tickets need to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
