Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, November 17, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has cancelled, rescheduled and diverted several trains today. Passengers who have booked tickets for the train today are suggested to check the status of their trains before embarking on the journey. According to an update, Indian Railways has cancelled 158 trains including Mail, Express, Super-Fast today, November 17 due to several reasons. This also includes Ekta Nagar to Ahmedabad Janshatabdhi, Ahmedabad to Ekta Nagar Janshatabdhi, Patna to Ranchi Janshatabdi as well as Ranchi to Patna Janshatabdi.
Besides, Indian Railways has also source-changed 22 trains and shortly-terminated 25 trains. A total of 24 trains have been rescheduled including Howrah to Pune Duranto Express.23 trains have been diverted.
IRCTC Cancelled Ticket Refund Rule
Indian Railways passengers who have booked tickets on these trains need not worry about the refund as they are entitled to a full refund from IRCTC. Online tickets or tickets booked via IRCTC are cancelled automatically and a refund is generated to the source account.
