Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, September 28, IRCTC refund: A total of 210 trains including Mail, Express, Super Fast and Passenger have been cancelled today, September 28, by Indian Railways due to several reasons. As many as 35 trains have been diverted while 17 have been rescheduled.

All the passengers who have booked tickets in these trains, now cancelled, stand cancelled automatically. They will get a full refund by the national transporter. Tickets booked via IRCTC website will be cancelled automatically and a refund will be initiated in the user's accounts. Passengers who have booked tickets through counters will have to visit the reservation counter to claim the refund.
