Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, January 27, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 283 trains today, January 27 including Jaynagar to Amritsar Humsafar Express Clone Special. Besides, Indian Railways has also source-changed 41 trains and short-terminated 37 trains. Additionally, 11 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter. As many as 20 trains have been diverted.
