Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, December 27, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 289 trains today, Tuesday, 27 December. Besides, the Indian Railway has also source-changed 39 trains and short-terminated 37 trains. Additionally, 21 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter including Bengaluru to Agartala Humsafar Express. 13 trains have been diverted.
