143 trains cancelled by Indian Railways today, October 13: Check full list and steps to claim refund from IRCTC

Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, October 13, IRCTC refund: More than 140 trains including Express, Mail, Super Fast and Passenger have been calcelled by Indian Railways. The national transporter has also source-changed 27 trains and shortly-terminated 27 trains. Besides, 12 trains including Gaya to Howrah Express​have been rescheduled. A total of 14 trains have been diverted.  

IRCTC refund rule: Indian Railways passengers who have booked ticket via IRCTC or online ticket will get the full refund in the source account. Online tickets will be cancelled automatically while passengers who have counter ticket need to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
