Free bedrolls
In AC1, AC2 and AC3 coaches of Indian railways, free bedrolls are provided to the passengers. It included a blanket, a pillow, two bedsheets and a hand towel. However, in Garib Rath Express, people have to pay Rs 25 for bedroll. Apart from this, passengers can also get bedroll in sleeper class in some trains on demand by paying extra charge. If you do not get a bedroll during the train journey, then you can complain against it and claim a refund.
Free medical help
If you fall sick during a train journey, the railways provide you first aid for free and if the condition is serious, it also arranges for further treatment.
