116 Express, Mail, Passenger trains cancelled by Indian Railways today; Pune Humsafar Express rescheduled: Check full list and steps to claim refund from IRCTC

Indian Railways Cancelled Trains Today List, October 10, IRCTC Refund Rule: The Indian Railways has fully cancelled as many as 116 trains today, Monday, October 10. Besides, the national transporter has also source-changed 27 trains and shortly-terminated 27 trains.

As many as 18 trains have been rescheduled including Pune to Santragachi Humsafar Express clone special. Also, 17 trains have been diverted including Bandra Terminus to Gorakhpur Humasafar Express. 

As per the IRCTC refund rule, passengers having online ticket will get full refund in the source account while those having counter ticket will have to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund .
