284 Trains cancelled by Indian Railways today, January 18: New Delhi-Kalka Shatabdi Express, Humsafar Express rescheduled- Check full list; IRCTC refund rule and ticket cancellation charges

Indian Railways cancelled trains today list, January 18, IRCTC refund: Indian Railways has fully cancelled 284 trains today, Wednesday, January 18 including Amritsar Jaynagar Humsafar Special. Besides, Indian Railways has also source-changed 33 trains and short-terminated 31 trains. Additionally, 16 trains have been rescheduled by the national transporter including Howrah to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Duronto Express, Hazrat Nizamuddin to Durg Humsafar Express and New Delhi to Kalka Shatabdi Express. 

11 trains have been diverted including Tirupati to Jammu Tawi Humsafar Express.

Here is how you may apply for the ticket refund

Passengers having online tickets will get full refunds in the source account while those having counter tickets will have to visit the reservation centre to claim the refund.
