Watch: Tractor & driver get stuck in Usri River, later rescued safely

A tractor and its driver got stuck in Usri River in Barganda of Giridih district on Thursday. Due to the increase in water level in the Usri River, a tractor driver got stuck. The driver was later rescued safely with the help of a poclain machine and his tractor was brought out to safe zone.
