UPSC aspirants in Old Rajinder Nagar asked to vacate the libraries; students voice their problems

Libraries (situated in basements) owners and care takers have asked students to vacate libraries. Students said that they were preparing for mains exams which is on 20 September, now they have asked to vacate the library. Last 24 hours have been of much mental tension for them, now they have to look for another library, which will add to that even further.
