Twitter has refused to ban some account under the right to freedom of expression

A few days back ministry had instructed Twitter to block around 250 tweets and Twitter accounts. Taking action on which many accounts and tweets have been blocked. But Twitter has refused to ban some accounts under the right to 'Freedom Of Expression'.
