Toll waiver in Mumbai: No toll for cars, SUVs entering Mumbai

On Monday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced that all light motor vehicles will enjoy a full toll waiver at the five toll booths entering Mumbai. This new policy will take effect starting tonight. The decision was made during the final cabinet meeting of the Maharashtra government ahead of the Assembly elections.
