Tata Sons & Singapore Airlines Agree To Merge Vistara Into Air India By March 2024; 25.1% Stake For SIA In 'New AI'

Singapore Airlines and Tata Sons (Tata) will merge national carrier Air India and full-service airline Vistara by March 2024. SIA Airlines will invest $250 million in Air India. After the merger, SIA's stake will be 25.1%. Know the complete details from Brajesh Kumar.
