States need to raise self funds for schemes like Kisan Karz Mafi Yojana : Arun Jaitley

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in a press conference mentioned that if states want to indulge in schemes like Kisan Karz Mafi Yojana, they need to raise funds on their own, indirectly stating that central government will not provide them with any funds. All government bank saw a fall of over 3% market shares.
