Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Manoj Jha spoke on the issue of leaking roof of the Parliament on August 1 and and called it a typical scene from an Indian film where the leaking water falls in the bucket kept below.
While speaking in the Rajya Sabha on the matter, he said, “Roof leaking, bucket kept below… it is like a typical scene from an Indian film…”
