Rain lashes national capital

National capital observed drizzling early morning on Jan 08. Parts of the city including the Feroz Shah Road received rain. The minimum temperature was recorded at 12 degree Celsius and maximum was at 17 degree Celsius. IMD predicted for thunderstorm with hail for the day in the city.
