PM Modi shares Ukraine visit insights with Russian Prez Putin, reiterates Indias peace message

Days after visiting Ukraine, Indian PM Modi on August 27 called Russian President Vladimir Putin. PM Modi spoke to President Putin and exchanged views on Russia-Ukraine conflict, measures to strengthen partnership. He also underlined the importance of sincere and practical engagement between all stakeholders for peaceful resolution of conflict. On social media platform, ‘X’, PM Modi reiterated “India’s firm commitment to support an early, abiding and peaceful resolution of the Russia-Ukraine conflict”.
