PM Modi addresses Haryanas first plastic-free, eco-friendly Vijay Sankalp Rally

PM Modi embarks Haryana's assembly elections campaign by addressing in 'Vijay Sankalp Rally' in Rohtak. This rally was completely plastic-free & eco-friendly. In this rally, drinking water was served in 4000 mud pots covered with cloth to keep water cold rather than plastic bottles or pouches.
