Neil Nitin Mukesh shares his inspiring fitness routine

Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh shared his workout routine on Sunday. He attended the event of ‘Fitness 5’ gym launch. He is also the ambassador of the brand. Addressing the mediapersons, Neil said, “My fitness regime depends on whether I am gaining weight for a film or I am losing it. But generally it would be weight training for about five times a week and cardio about 3 times a week. I go for a lot of activities including swimming, cycling and skating. I generally get too bored too soon with one particular routine.”
