Monsoon made a strong knock in North India on Thursday morning. Many cities of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh including Delhi-NCR received heavy rain. Water filled in places due to heavy rain. People troubled by the rain. Waterlogged potholes, slush-filled streets and traffic snarls spoilt the flavour of rains in the city.
